RECEIVING SSDI PAYMENTS AND WORKING BELOW THE SGA LIMIT

Can I get my SSDI increased by having earnings recalculated?

I am receiving SSDI payments and am currently working but below SGA limits (And paying SS and Medicare Taxes). How can I get the SSA to replace some of my Zero $ earnings years and recalculate my monthly benefit? Thanks...

Social Security will notify you if your earnings replace a low or zero year used in your original disability determination, thereby causing your disability benefits to be increased. You can expedite this process by bringing your W2 form to Social Security when you get it and asking them do a recomputation of your disability benefits.
